Ryan Reynolds, or should we say, Deadpool, has done it again.

We all know how twisted our beloved antihero can be, but we certainly didn’t expect Deadpool to offer up this sweet message to his mama. After Reynolds confirmed that Fox’s “Deadpool” will be rated R, Deadpool’s version of the Mother’s Day tribute is, of course, very silly and kind of vulgar too.

The photo, which came with the caption “#Deadpool: A motherf***** since 1991”, showed Reynolds’ character posing with a thumbs up in his costume after successfully delivering a baby from an unknown woman. The caption is surprisingly vulgar, considering how his character is only known for breaking the Fourth Wall and making crude jokes. Not to mention, Marvel has always censored him whenever he swears.

But on a positive note, fans of the Merc With The Mouth are getting more and more excited for the movie, especially after its test footage was leaked online last year. In March 2015, Reynolds further teased his fans by giving them a first look at his character in the costume.

Deadpool 2016 - Ryan Reynolds First Look

Tim Miller will be directing the movie from a script by “Zombieland” writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. “Gotham” star Morena Baccarin will portray Vanessa a.k.a Copycat while “Fast & Furious 6” star Gina Carano will portray Angel Dust. TJ Miller is set to star as Deadpool’s sidekick Weasel, with Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and “Game of Thrones” star Ed Skrein as Ajax.

The official synopsis is as follows:

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, “Deadpool” tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
