You wouldn’t believe it even if we told you but if you’ve ever wanted to get close (or close enough) to a Marvel production or heck, Chris Evans himself, then this is your calling.

According to moviecastingcall, Captain America 3, otherwise known as “Captain America: Civil War” is beginning production in Atlanta and the film’s casting director is seeking talent to work as actors and extras. Filming will run from 4th April through 8th August 2015, a timeline that indicates that the production is quickly picking up speed in order for them to make it for the slated May 2016 release.

The casting call was also reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, which revealed that the “Captain America 3” crew is currently looking for movie extras displaying strong Southeast Asian features. By “strong Southeast Asian features”, this means men and women with ethnicities like Thai, Indonesian, Cambodian, Malaysian, Filipino, East Indian, Vietnamese, or Singaporean.

It also went on to say that no prior experiences is needed necessary (for those who are interested) but candidates should preferably fall between the 21 to 75 age bracket. The extras would be paid USD64 (RM236) for 8 hours with overtime payment, if applicable; and would be required to work on (tentatively) 27th April. Those lucky enough will be working at the huge new Pinewood Studio facility located in Fayette County, Ga.

Captain America - Civil War

Aside from Chris Evans, who plays the title character of Captain America, “Captain America 3: Civil War” will also star Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), and Anthony Mackie (Falcon). Recently, it was announced that Daniel Bruhl (aka Fredrick Zoller in “Inglourious Basterds”) is on board to play a villainous role.

Let’s not forget that Spider-Man’s likely to make his first Marvel movie appearance in the exciting film 😉

“Captain America: Civil War” is slated to be released on 6th May 2016.
