Christmas is the season to be jolly indeed, even in the wizarding world of Harry Potter.

Pottermores are going to have the most wonderful time of the year as they will be able to celebrate the 12 days of Christmas with J.K. Rowling’s new short stories soon!

Now, Rowling’s short stories on Pottermore website are nothing new, as the author has previously posted a new short Harry Potter tale that went on crash the site. Well, that’s because the short tale marked Harry Potter’s first appearance in 7 years. During Halloween this year, Rowling also posted a 5,ooo-word Harry Potter piece on the site, detailing her personal opinions on the character of Dolores Umbridge, a teacher at Hogwarts.

According to Variety, The Telegraph UK is reporting that the famed author of the “Harry Potter” novel series will set to break the internet again by releasing a series of “Harry Potter” short stories.

From December 12th onwards, a new short story will be posted up on Pottermore website every day until Christmas Eve. Thew news came on the heels of the recent announcement regarding Rowling’s script for “Harry Potter” spin-off film, “Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them.”

Draco Malfoy

It was reported that some of the stories will centre around Harry’s nemesis, Draco Malfoy (played by Tom Felton in the film series). Pottermore also teased that Rowling’s new writing will feature some moments from “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince”, with “shiny gold Galleons and even a new potion or two”.

We must say, Harry Potter fans are the luckiest fans in the world. Not only do they get to stay at a Harry Potter-themed hotel in London, they also get to enjoy a fun ride at Harry Potter-themed park in US! In fact, we will even get a Harry Potter spin-off film series in 2016, 2018, and 2020! Now, how can we not be glad to be a Pottermore?
