Malaysians wearing all shades of red were spotted queuing in front of Kenny Rogers ROASTERS (KRR) restaurant in Mid Valley Megamall. It was the fourth annual ROASTERS Eating Day (RED) event. RED is held annually on the second Wednesday of every New Year. The result?
A sea of people dressed in red was seen congregating in front of the 80 Kenny Rogers ROASTERS (KRR) restaurants nationwide.
Guests at KRR restaurants in Malaysia clad in any shade of the colour red enjoyed two (2) Kenny’s Quarter Meal for the price of one. Designed to re-charge the public’s motivation to achieve and maintain their health resolutions for the year, even the newly crowned Miss Universe Malaysia beauties were among those who queue up to celebrate this memorable event.
At the event, Carey Ng (Miss Universe Malaysia 2013) commented, “It felt so good to be a part of this event, as I believe being healthy is the ultimate goal for everyone. It is encouraging to see so many people in red, supporting and reminding each other to stay healthy throughout the year”.
Natalia Ng, who won the Miss Universal Malaysia 2013’s Miss KRR Healthy Lifestyle title went on to say, “Winning the special title (Miss KRR Healthy Lifestyle) in Miss Universe Malaysia 2013 strengthens my mission to urge everyone to live a healthy lifestyle. I’m glad to be here today to show my support to everyone”.
