“Twin Towers @Live 2013” Returns!

Come 22nd and 23rd March 2013 (Friday and Saturday), a musical extravaganza will take over Malaysia’s iconic towers. The live concert, “Twin Towers @Live 2013” returns, featuring a star-studded line-up of international artistes in conjunction with the PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix weekend.

Singer-songwriter Demi Lovato, who has had two massively successful solo album releases (“Don’t Forget” and “Here We Go Again”) will take the stage on 22nd March (Friday). Followed by an explosive performance by South Korean idol boy group U-KISS aka Soohyun, Kiseop, Eli, Kevin, Dongho, Hoon, and AJ.

Following the earlier announcement for American pop-sensation Demi Lovato and K-Pop stars U-KISS who will be performing on the 22 March; the Backstreet Boys has been signed on to headline the second and final day of the music gala on 23rd March with their biggest hits repertoire.

Meanwhile, due to unforeseen circumstances, the organisers have also informed that three of Korean K-Pop acts previously announced, Rainbow, IU, and Girls Day will not be able to perform at the Twin Towers @Live 2013.

Local acts that have also been confirmed to perform at Twin Towers @Live are such as:

  • Atilia
  • K-Town Clan
  • Mizz Nina
  • Caprice
  • DJ Face Da Fader
  • DJ Tatsuro

Deets are as follows:

Date: 22nd and 23rd March 2013 (Friday and Saturday)

Time: 5pm – 2am

Venue: Plaza KLCC

Admission: Free

Twin Towers Alive 2013

PETRONAS Motorsports is also running a special merchandise promotion for FanZone tickets. The package is only available at the PETRONAS Twin Towers Gift Shop located at the PETRONAS Twin Towers Skybridge Visitors Centre in KLCC.

Purchases of RM150 worth of selected merchandise entitle a buyer to 1 (one) FanZone ticket voucher; while purchases of RM300 or more entitles a buyer to 2 (two) Fanzone ticket vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed at the 2013 PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix showcase at Suria KLCC from 16th March*.

Fans can also look out for more Fanzone ticket giveaways for both days via radio, print and online channels in the month of March 2013.

The organizers and YG Entertainment has confirmed that K-Pop super girl group, 2NE1 will be performing on 23rd March 2013 (Saturday)! Blackjacks, we know a lot of you are flipping out right about now.
