Showing off is great on camera, but it’s not so great when you show too much. Unfortunately, Chinese internet celebrity 倪闻悦 (transliteration: Ni Wenyue) might be regretting her decision to do a handstand live after she accidently flashed her audience.
You do a lot of things to entertain your audience, especially when you’re an internet celebrity. However, 倪闻悦 (Ni Wenyue) was not expecting to accidently expose herself when she fulfilled a fan’s request for a handstand. Needless to say, the embarrassing incident has gone viral.
倪闻悦 (Ni Wenyue) has over 10,000 followers on her Douyin and she had been live streaming to a fair amount of them when the incident occurred. Apparently, someone in the chat had asked her to do a handstand and she obliged, not expecting anything to happen.
The internet celebrity did her best to ensure no accidents would happen by tucking her shirt into her pants before she started. Unfortunately, it didn’t work the way she hoped. Right as she did a successful handstand, the force apparently pulled her shirt free, causing it to drop over her face. Unfortunately, it also gave her followers a good view of her chest.
Embarrassed, she quickly got up and ended the stream. The clips of the stream went viral on the internet, causing much discussion among netizens. Some speculated she had done it on purpose to draw traffic. However, fans allegedly claimed her reaction had seemed genuine and that she was not the type of girl to stage such a scene.
Currently, her account on Douyin has vanished, and clips of the stream can no longer be found. However, netizens are supposedly still searching for them, allegedly out of curiosity. Well, we hope 倪闻悦 (Ni Wenyue) will be better prepared for a handstand in the future!
