Earlier this week, popular Japanese AV actress Yua Mikami (三上悠亜) announced some bad news. The 29-year-old idol shared she would be officially retiring from the AV industry! Mikami’s tearful farewell left many saddened but wishing the AV actress well.
There is no denying that Mikami has left some big shoes to fill in the industry. But, an up-and-coming AV actress is ready to take on her role. Just yesterday (15th March), it was revealed that Hong Kong internet celebrity Elena So Hoi-lam (素海霖) will be joining the AV industry!
Elena, despite her sweet looks, has no qualms about toeing the line with her viewers. Most of her pics show her in rather suggestive poses, while showcasing her well-endowed bust. In fact, she went viral last year when she uploaded a video on her YouTube channel showing her walking through Tsim Sha Tsui without a bra.
“It was the first time I walked in Tsim Sha Tsui without underwear. I was a little nervous and shy,” she shared. However, it appears Elena is ready to take it to a bigger screen. Yesterday, it was announced that Elena would be making her debut as the first Japanese AV actress from Hong Kong.
Elena had apparently joined AV label Faleno and is their first foreign actress. As she is born and raised in Hong Kong, Elena has shared that she is unable to speak Japanese. However, she claims she is currently learning. Her debut cover and stills have reportedly been released and she will supposedly be doing a scene with fellow, well-known AV actor Shimizu Ken (清水 健).
“New me!” she chirped in Japanese in postings on her Twitter and Instagram. “Thank you for all your continuous support. Please (continue) to advise me.” Elena also introduced her Japanese name エレナ and 絵麗奈 which are both read as Elena.
