They say to never judge a book by its cover. Sometimes people are not always as they seem. Some people may look sweet and religious but posts content that is considered an insult to the religion. Some can even look like angels and promised you the world but then completely abandoned you.
Also, just because someone is an adult entertainer, doesn’t mean they’re not smart. You might be surprised by how some of them actually have a higher education background. Joining the list of beauty plus brains is MsPuiyi (Siew Pui Yi) who recently graduated with a Business degree. Unfortunately, some people did not take her achievement seriously.
Social media influencer MsPuiyi, real name Siew Pui Yi, recently posted on her Instagram to share with her fans that she just graduated with a Business Major Degree. In the video, the content creator was seen slowly walking through the stage to receive her certificate. She captioned the post, “She got a degree 👩🎓 (aka it’s me)”.
While she did not specify which university she graduated from, it is speculated that she studied at SEGi College, judging by the video projection on the screen. The 24-year-old then posted another photo of herself happily posing in her graduation robe with her parents. The video and photos are meant to document a special occasion in celebration of her milestone but unfortunately, netizens were not so kind to her in the comments.
Because of her many controversies as well as her profession, many did not believe the influencer actually got an academic certification and poked fun at her, saying that she was simply cosplaying as a Business graduate. Others sarcastically accused her of “cheating” her way to get her degree. Some questioned the nature of the Penthouse model’s Business Degree, implying that she does other “business” instead.
While netizens’ reactions on Instagram have been mixed, the Facebook posts of her graduation received overwhelmingly positive comments with most of them being congratulatory messages for her from fans (as seen in the screenshots above). The content creator has yet to comment on netizens’ reactions to her academic achievement.
