We’ve had a ton of amazing food adventures over the past few months and we’re not slowing down one bit. Oh, no honey! Every week, we strive to list down the latest exciting food spots in Klang Valley. After all, sharing is caring, right?
Now that we’ve just entered the new month of October, unlimited possibilities await. There are numerous new food, new drinks, and new gastronomic experiences for you to try this week. So get your pitchforks out, oops- we meant ‘table’ forks, and get ready for a spectacular food journey.
1. Cool Amazin’ Yogurt series by Coolblog
Location: Available at any Coolblog outlets
Time: Opens daily
If you love yogurt, it’s time for you to taste the incredible new yogurt series by Coolblog! Featuring three new flavours including; Blueberry Bliss, Strawberry Swirl, and last but not least Merry Mango. Take a sip of their new yogurt drinks because they’re the perfect treat or pick me up, especially when paired with the Amazin’ Graze granola. So what are you waiting for? Get going to any Coolblog stores near you!
2. Benang The Second Chapter
Location: Jalan Media Setia 2, 50490 Damansara Heights
Time: 5pm – 12am (Wednesday – Sunday)
Benang The Second Chapter was brought to you by the same owners of The First Chapter TTDI. Benang is a speakeasy disguised as a thread shop. During their happy hour, the bar generally is a chill place suited for conversations but after 9pm, it is the party place to go to!
For cocktails, the owners recommend the Mango Brulee, a rum-based drink with caramelised sugar, a pornstar martini called Asa Akira, and a vodka dessert drink called Guilty Pleasure.
3. Burger & Lobster
Location: Lot G46 (Ground Floor), Petronas Twin Tower, Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Time: 4pm – 10pm (Opens Daily)
If you are looking for some of the finest and most scrumptious burgers and lobsters in town, this is the place to go! The restaurant offers a variety of lobster dishes from the Lobster Mac & Cheese to the Original Lobster Roll, there’s even the classic Lemon & Garlic Butter Grilled Lobster. With the launch of this second outlet, there’s no need to drive all the way up to Resorts World Genting anymore.
4. Garage 51
Location: 51, Jalan PJS 11/9, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya
Time: 10am – 10pm (Opens daily)
Calling all sweet tooth enthusiasts! Garage 51 is most famously known for its endless variety of desserts – from its iconic Dessert Terbakar to its monster milkshakes, this is the place to drop by for a #TreatYourself day! Expect to have a great brunch at Garage 51, so bring great company along too!
5. Luckbros Kopi (Formerly Known As Luckin Kopi)
Location: Level 3, gateway@KLIA2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport
Time: 9am – 9pm (Mondays – Fridays), 8.30am – 9pm (Saturday and Sunday)
Luckbros Kopi, formerly known as Luckin Kopi, has just recently opened a second outlet in Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2! After a long flight, or just before boarding one, stop by their restaurant and grab a bite of their delicious meals. According to their Instagram page, they are having a promotion on the Kopi Kaw offering free refills and the Portuguese Tart at only RM1. Get there now before their promotion ends!
6. VCR
Location: 2 Jalan Galloway, Kuala Lumpur
Time: 8.30am – 11pm (VCR Galloway), 8am – 11pm (VCR Bangsar)
If you are looking for a fulfilling pasta meal, check out VCR. Their delicious and creamy Smoky Carbonara is the perfect pasta dish for foodies to try. Beautiful to see and even more delicious to eat, it qualifies on the foodie checklist! Available at both VCR Galloway and VCR Bangsar from 12pm onwards!
7. La Juiceria Superfoods Signature X HoYoFEST
Location: Nadi Bangsar, No 16, Jalan Tandok, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur
Time: 5pm – 12am (Wednesday – Sunday)
In conjunction with the HoYoFEST, LaJuiceria Superfoods Signature has curated anime-themed delicacies to try out, and this week, it’s Genshin Impact! Fans of Genshin Impact can truly live out their fantasies by trying out their Genshin Impact food and exploring the Genshin Impact decorations. Fans can also come by with their costumes for a deeper immersion into the Genshin Impact universe!
8. Nestlé Dairy Free Almond Latte
Location: Available at all leading retail stores
Nestlé has expanded its line of dairy-free drinks and included the brand-new Nescafé Dairy Free Almond Latte in UHT 1L packets for your to drink at home! The Nestlé Dairy Free Drinks range does not have any ingredients derived from animals as they are made with plant-based ingredients. These plant-based proteins include almonds, oats, soy, and peas. Even those who are lactose intolerant can enjoy them!
9. KitKat Bar Dark With Southern Australian Orange
