You Can Opt To Receive Syabas Water Bills Via Email From 2018 Onwards

Now that more and more people have opted to settle their bills through electronic paying methods, you can also do so with your future Syabas water bills.

Starting from 1st January 2018 onwards, Syabas (Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor) will be implementing their new online service where the public can receive their monthly water bill notification via email. This method will no doubt be more convenient to the general public.

Here are the benefits of getting your water bill via email:

  • Your water bill won’t get lost or wet (when it rains)
  • You’ll immediately receive a notification on your new bill
  • Easy access to your bills anytime, anywhere
  • You won’t have to worry about losing your water bill
  • You can pay your water bill after receiving the email notification
  • Fewer letters is ultimately better for the environment

To enjoy the new service, users are required the relevant information on Syabas’ Online Consumer Service Portal here.
