“You must come back home.”
On Wednesday (5th July), Big Hit Entertainment’s widely-popular idol boy group BTS has dropped the music video for their remake of Seo Taiji and Boys’ iconic hit, “Come Back Home” (컴백홈). And dare we say, the track, which is a part of Seo Taiji’s cover project, is lit af.
“Come Back Home” is an inspirational track that contains a strong message of hope, addressing the problems and hardships faced by today’s youth. Besides that, Rap Monster and J-hope personally took part in writing new rap lyrics for their remake.
While the music video (above) does not feature any of the BTS members, it shows several youngsters trying to overcome their problems through various activities.
“Because we are still young there’s a decent future/ Now wipe those cold tears and come back home,” raps Rap Monster.
