Nicki Minaj is just getting started.
Similar to the video for her “Feeling Myself” collaboration with Queen Bey, Nicki Minaj premiered her video for “The Night Is Still Young” exclusively on Tidal, leaving us peasants to cry because we couldn’t watch it. But now, the hip-hop queen has answered our prayers and debuted the video on Vevo for the rest of the world to enjoy.
Taking a break from singing about her love for anacondas, the songstress celebrates the joy of life, reminding us that we too should be enjoying ourself.
In the video for “The Night Is Still Young”, the “Pinkprint” rapper is seen appearing alongside a group of Harajuku Barbie-inspired dancers as they’re dressed in bright colours and wacky outfits. Minaj pays homage to the pink wig that she’s also known and love for as she flaunts her curves in a see through bodycon adorned with gems.
The video also sees Minaj riding on the back of boyfriend Meek Mill‘s bike and enjoying the night under an illuminated full moon. Reminding us that we shouldn’t worry as life is journey and that we should enjoy the ride, watch the video for “The Night Is Still Young” below:
In case you missed it, Nicki recently worked with David Guetta on the track “Hey Mama”. Guetta recently released the video, which can be watched here.
